What We Do
Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies
Our team can support your performance company through individualized support, consultation, and when warranted, clinical services and intervention. Performers can work with our team in an individual or workshop setting to enhance character development, practice strategies for stress and performance anxiety management, as well as physical health promotion through work with our registered dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialists (CEDS). We will work and coordinate with your local health and medical team for a seamless holistic integration.
Promoting Whole Health
Our strength and focus is in whole health promotion ensuring your performing artists are healthy both on and off the stage. Through emotional development exercises and workshops, physical health behavior change management strategies, and utilizing the power of collective group experiences, your artists will learn both from our facilitators and from each other. These skills and strategies can be utilized for individual performance enhancement as well as personally in their own lives outside of the studio.
Inclusive Workplaces, Diverse Representation in the Arts
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) focused programing can help your board and staff create and foster a more inclusive workplace and create a culture that embraces diversity. Our consultants will assess current DEIB efforts and provide recommendations for inclusion as well as accurate artistic representation in the arts for underrepresented populations and historically marginalized groups.
